Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is 7 Nights Accommodation at the Nepean Country Club (2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 people),
    from Sat 8 Jan 2011 to Sat 15 Jan 2011, valued at over $2,000.

2. Promotion commences Sat 5 Dec 2009. Entries close on Sun 28 Nov 2010.

3. Entry is open to any person world wide and you must be 18 years or over.

4. Only one entry allowed per email address and person.

5. One winning entry will be drawn, the winner will be notified by phone and email on Wed 1 Dec 2010,
    and their full name, suburb/town, state and photo published on this website.
    (Winner must provide a photo of themselves)

6. The winner must claim their prize within three days of being notified.

7. If the prize is unclaimed by the winner within three days of being notified, that winner will forfeit all
    entitlements to their prize and the prize will then be awarded in a further draw to be held within the
    next two days (and so on).

8. The prize is transferable to other family members only and not redeemable for cash.

9. Should there be any damage to the unit during the 7 nights stay, the prize winner will be held totally
    responsible and liable for the cost of repairs or replacement of items damaged.

10. The promoter is Timeshares.com.au

11. All entries become and remain the property of the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to use
      the content of winning entry for the purpose of future promotions.

12. If any attempt to deliberately damage this website, or the information on this website, or to otherwise
      undermine the legitimate operation of this competition, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws
      and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the promoter reserves the right to
      seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
      virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond
      the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or
      proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
      any individual who tampers with the entry process or who may benefit from such tampering and,
      subject to the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this competition,
      to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
